Zoe Loftus-Farren is the managing editor of Earth Island Journal. She writes about the environment, law, public policy, housing, and food, among other subjects. In addition to Earth Island Journal, her writing has appeared in BillMoyers.com, Civil Eats, Salon.com, KCET, KQED, Alternet, EcoWatch, and Truthout. Her original reporting has also been covered by Mother Jones, Think Progress, and The San Francisco Chronicle, among other outlets. Zoe holds a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley, and is a licensed attorney.
